How long does it take for my bike to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping for full BMX bikes typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do Kink BMX bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop to validate your warranty.
What is your return policy for parts and accessories?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Frame size depends on your height and riding style. Generally, riders 5'5" to 5'9" prefer a 20.5" top tube, while riders 6' and taller should look for 21" or larger. Check our Size Guide for a detailed breakdown.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship Kink BMX components and apparel worldwide. However, complete bikes may have shipping restrictions in certain countries due to size. International rates and duties are calculated at checkout.
What kind of warranty comes with my Kink frame?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all aftermarket frames. This does not cover normal wear and tear, dents from grinding, or damage from improper maintenance.
